1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on philwinph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits through approved local Philippine payment channels, including online banking, bank transfers, and selected local e-wallets.

Deposits

Funds must be deposited from a payment account that is registered in your own name. philwinph does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are shown in your account deposit section and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible, subject to method-specific rules. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. philwinph processes withdrawal requests within the standard processing timeframe, though final settlement timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on philwinph are final once confirmed by the system. You cannot cancel, edit, or transfer a bet after it has been accepted. Bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation — these odds are locked in at that moment.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event or game. For sports events, philwinph uses the official governing body's result or, where applicable, a recognised result source. Settled winnings are credited to your account balance in PHP.

Void Bets and Cancellations

A bet may be voided in certain circumstances, including:

• The event or match is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum playing time required for settlement is reached.
• The bet was placed due to a clear and obvious system error in odds, and the error was material to the bet's value.
• The event does not start within a defined timeframe from the scheduled time.

When a bet is voided, the stake amount is returned to your account balance. philwinph's decision on bet settlement is final subject to the dispute resolution process below.

Slots and Casino Games
